Notice to All Interested Persons

LBJ Tropical Medical Center has received numerous requests to donate funds to the Hospital for use in the disaster relief. We are providing a method to receive and distribute funds received for this purpose. In order to meet the needs, we have established two separate accounts. One account will be used by the Hospital in its recovery. The second fund will be used to provide financial assistance for Hospital Employees in their Relief efforts.

Please make the checks payable to LBJ Hospital – Tsunami Relief. Then indicate 1) if the funds are to be used for the Hospital; or 2) if the funds are to be used to help provide financial relief to Hospital Employees affected by the tsunami. Indicate this in either the Pay to line or in the For/Memo line in the lower left corner of the check.
